How do I track my order status on your web-site?

On your profile page, “order status” will be available within 24 hours of your order.You just have to login with your user_id & password to see the status. That’s all you have to do, to track the progress of your order. Please remember that once your order is shipped, it takes minimum 24 hours for the tracking no. to start working and showing details.

You can change your address any time before your item is shipped from My Orders. Once we ship it the address can’t be changed.

How can I place an order to you?

It is very easy to place an order to us. Browse through our website, select your choice and click on ‘add to cart’ button. If you are already ‘Log in’ with your user id and password, you’ll get a success message. Otherwise just click on ‘add to cart’ button, re-check your order and click ‘ok’, then give your details to place your order by pressing the final ‘order confirmation’ button. Please enter your shipping address properly with PIN Code and don’t forget to mention your contact number. Finally choose your payment method to check out from the page.

Can I cancel part of my order?

Yes, if you placed an order with many items, you can cancel delivery for each of them. But if it is part of a combo or clubbed with another item, the entire set/combo will be cancelled.

I haven’t heard some of the brands available .How does Aneak determine which brands to stock?
